  We strongly recommend that our client take the "tour" with our inspector. It is a good way to obtain important information about the house. For example, we offer maintenance tips and share knowledge about major systems and fixtures. Being with our inspector also allows you (the client) an opportunity to be familiar with matters that are included in the report. 

Our reports are comprehensive ... and timely! 

Even if the home is brand new, buyers should not assume that an inspection is not necessary. A new home should be inspected prior to purchase, in order to help identify potential problems.
